When I take this supplement it eliminates the need for frequent bathroom trips in the middle of the night. Also, I had pain in my liver. My wellness doctor said I was one step away from complete liver failure. While on this I have no liver pain.

Q: Hi. I would like to start taking the Liver Kidney for a general cleanse. I do have some bloating issues. Would 2 capsules daily be enough for this purpose or would you recommend 2 capsules twice a day? My 27 year old daughter has hopes to improve her concentration and memory with a cleanse. Would she only take 2 capsules daily of the Liver Kidney?

Our recommended dosages are meant to optimally support the masses, as we cannot profess to have knowledge of highly unique individuals’ health status and current protocols. Individuals’ bodies take greatly varying times to process foods, herbs, drugs, vitamin and mineral supplements due to vast and unique differences in digestion, body weight, general health, and constitutions, amongst many other considerations. A: Hi, thanks for the question! We recommend taking intermittent breaks from all herbs and herbal protocol so that your body is better able to respond to the benefits. For our herbal supplements, we suggest taking weekends off from supplementation, or advise taking at least one full week off per month.
