We chose soluble fiber for our gummies due to its smooth, gel-like texture and ability to dissolve into the body’s aqueous environment to support smooth digestion, while feeding and nurturing the gut microbiome.* This results in the perfect chew experience, with optimal results for gastrointestinal comfort and regularity.*
Insoluble fiber tends to lend a grainy texture to gummies, so it was not ideal for this particular format. Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water and is a bulk forming fiber that helps add bulk to stools and support healthy bowel movements.
