A: Hi Sarah, Thanks for the question! Please look for the expiration date printed on the side of the product label. If stored properly in a dark, dry, cool space, our herbs have a long shelf life, although they do loose potency over time.

Q: What is the warning on proposition 65? It’s on the back of the bottle. I was taking them for 2 months and I felt so good but after reading the label, I discontinued. Thanks!

We include the Prop 65 warning label on our products to ensure compliance with the California law that requires labeling when lead is present, even when that level is 1,000 times less than the level that has been shown to cause harm. All plants, even those grown organically, naturally absorb minerals from the soil including lead. As a USDA certified organic company, we never use synthetic chemicals that would contribute to lead in the soil, and we thoroughly test every batch of our herbs in accordance with the American Herbal Products Association’s (AHPA) standards for heavy metals.
