Q: Hello. It says on the bag, "Warning: Reproductive harm". Would you mind explaining what it means? If the product can cause reproductive harm, then what's the point of using it then?

A: Hi Evgeny, We include the Prop 65 warning label on our products to ensure compliance with the California law that requires labeling when lead is present, even when that level is 1,000 times less than the level that has been shown to cause harm. All plants, even those grown organically, naturally absorb minerals from the soil including lead. As a USDA certified organic company, we never use synthetic chemicals that would contribute to lead in the soil, and we thoroughly test every batch of our herbs in accordance with the American Herbal Products Association’s (AHPA) standards for heavy metals.
