INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup coconut water or orange juice
  • 1 medium carrot, washed, peeled, and coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup frozen banana chunks
  • ½ Cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ Cup frozen mango chunks

METHOD

  1. Combine the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
