This works and requires some patience! It took a little less than a month for me to begin getting results. But the bloating, indigestion and constipation are going away.

A: Hi Dori, thanks for the question! Our Triphala is safe for long term use, however it is considered wise to take intermittent breaks from all herbs and herbal protocol so that your body is better able to respond to the benefits. For our herbal supplements, we suggest taking weekends off from supplementation, or advise taking at least one full week off per month.

Our organic capsules are made from USDA-certified organic and non-GMO pullulan, which is a biopolymer naturally created by specific microorganisms. The pullulan used in our capsules is made by extracting water from fungi grown on a starch substrate. The starch substrate is tapioca starch.
