Take two capsules morning and evening. Relieves arthritis pain. One time I ran out and my pain returned. Once I got back on the turmeric, I felt so much better. Now, I make sure I always have plenty on hand.

My husband and I take this 2x a day and have been since 2009. I have had great results as not only is this the best anti-oxidant on the market, it is also an anti-inflammatory product. I am able to continue a regular exercise regimen and still sleep well at night. Previous to using this product, I would wake during the night because of pain in my shoulders, neck, elbows and back. I have titanium rods in my lower back and an artificial disk in my neck, so I am thankful to be able to work out and still get a decent night's sleep.

Along with these nutrients, heavy metals that are naturally occurring in the soil and Earth, or introduced by pollution, can be taken up by the plant.
The “chemical” our Proposition 65 warning label refers to is lead. Proposition 65's established reproductive toxicity limit for lead is .5 mcg or ppm per day. This is 1,000 times lower than the lowest level at which studies showed no reproductive health effect. Therefore, the law sets an extremely inflexible warning threshold.
